Tacos Emma didn't come out of a business plan. It came out of a kitchen in North Park, a well-used cast-iron griddle, and the conviction that San Diego — a city that takes its food seriously — deserved a taco stand that actually cared about what went into it.
We source our meat from local butchers, grind our own spice blends, and make our corn tortillas by hand every morning. The salsa bar changes with the seasons. The regulars know this because they've been here since day one — and they keep coming back.
